About PNW PC Help
The person behind the help.
Hi, I am Mark.
I started PNW PC Help because I kept hearing the same story: a parent, neighbor, or coworker was stuck with a slow PC, a printer that would not print, or a popup they were not sure was real. They either had to drive somewhere, leave the computer behind, or pay for help that felt unclear.
I have spent more than a decade in IT support, from hands-on help desk work to systems administration. The part I have always liked most is simple: helping someone relax because their computer finally works again.
What guides the work
Before starting this, I spent years at Umpqua Bank, a company that treated customer experience as a daily standard. Listen first. Respect the person. Explain things clearly. Do the right thing, even when it takes a little longer. That is the operating style behind PNW PC Help.
Honest pricing
One flat rate: $75 per 60-minute session. No surprise add-ons. If I cannot help, you do not pay.
Plain English
I explain what is happening so you understand the issue, not so I sound technical.
Your time matters
The quote-first process keeps you from booking a session before I know the issue is a realistic remote-support fit.
Privacy first
Quick Assist sessions are visible to you the whole time. You stay in control and can end the session at any point.
