How it works
Four steps.
-
1. Send a free quote request
Fill out the short form and describe what the computer is doing. A screenshot or photo of the issue can help, but the form does not collect uploads. After I reply, you can send any images by email.
-
2. Get a clear answer
I review the issue first and reply within one business day. If it looks like something I can help with remotely, I confirm the $75 flat session price and explain what to expect.
-
3. Pick a time that works
After you approve the quote, I send a private booking link. You choose an open 60-minute appointment time and receive prep instructions.
-
4. Connect via Quick Assist
At the appointment time, we use Microsoft Quick Assist. It is built into Windows 10 and 11, and Microsoft also offers it as a free app if it is missing. You can see everything I do and can end the session at any time.
Privacy and safety
I will not ask for your passwords, banking information, card numbers, or saved payment details. If a sign-in is needed during the session, you type it yourself. If anything ever feels off, end the session.
